Marine Switchgear and Shore Power Systems

What we are looking for:
IEM Marine are looking to meet up with shipbuilders and electrical contractors who are looking for alternative suppliers of electrical systems for marine applications. We provide marine quality Engine Generator Switchgear / Control panels, Distribution & Motor Control Panels.
We are also aiming to speak with those looking for solutions for on-shore power, a recognized means of reducing emissions for cargo & cruise vessels in port.
We would also welcome the opportunity to interact with Port Authorities, Cargo Line & Cruise Ship Operators who are also under pressure to improve the harbour environment. Our shore power solution offers a proven means to reduce auxiliary diesel use for vessels in port – reducing emissions & making the port a safer, more attractive workplace & destination.

What we offer:
For over 60 years IEM have built systems that allow the safe and reliable monitoring, control and distribution of electrical power for a range of applications including marine. Our high quality systems meet all relevant standards and provide reliable service over an extended lifetime.
For over 10 years, we have partnered with Cochran Marine providing Shore Power Systems that allow vessels to utilize grid power when in port. Reducing auxiliary engine use helps ports and shipping lines improve harbour environments and meet environmental requirements.
Our systems are robust and constructed to allow for rapid installation and commissioning. Cochran Marine are the market leader in shore power and have installations in major ports including Long Beach, San Francisco, Brooklyn and Vancouver.
